Conference equity and anti-harassment policy
The IAUS 334 organizing committee is against any discrimination or harassment based on gender, ethnic origin, religion, political opinion, citizenship, disability, age or gender identity. We therefore committed to select our SOC and LOC members, speakers, session chairs and attendees balancing genders and nationalities.
We ask to all the participants to enjoy the conference and follow the IAU anti-harassment guideline, in order to provide to everyone an harassment-free experience during the symposium.
Please report to Cristina Chiappini (SOC chair) or Marica Valentini (LOC chair) any inappropriate behavior (or write to iaus334_loc-at-aip.de).
Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel the registration after the registration fee payment, you get 80% back until 60 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
