Registration The registration is now closed and we reached more than 200 registered participants. If you still want to participate, please write to the LOC (iaus334_loc-at-aip.de) : late registrations with a proper justification can be taken into account. This is a 3 step registration: Step 1. Create a ConfTool account. You will receive an email confirming a successful registration as a ConfTool user. Step 2. Enter ConfTool and register as a participant to the Symposium. At this step you can submit your abstract (poster/oral contribution). You will receive an email confirming the successful submission as participant and another one confirming your abstract submission. Step 3. Proceed with the payment only once you have been approved as a participant by the LOC. Once the payment is completed, you will become a confirmed participant to the Symposium. Approved participants are receiving the e-mail containing the details for payment starting from September, 12th 2016 You can edit the abstract submission until 9th January 2017. Early registration fee (270 Eur) must be paid before 15th March 2017. Late registration fee (320 Eur) must be paid before 15th May 2017. Check your registration here
